Return Process

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including a copy of your receipt or order confirmation to ensure your return is identified correctly.

  Send your parcel to the Charles Dickens Museum shop address using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
